No quibble 30 day returns policy:

Products must be returned in same condition and with all packaging and accessories as when received. Buyer pays return shipping costs unless item is faulty, mis-described or sent in error.

12 month RTB warranty on all new products against manufacturing defects. 

UK customer service and returns address because we are based entirely in the UK.
